Please don't listen to all the "career complainers" on here, there's nothing wrong with The Brick! Sure, it's no 5-star hotel, but somehow people are expecting that? The room was quaint and surely showed it's age and "patina", but the room was super clean. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and I slept like a rock. Sure, it's a little noisy around peak dinner time, but by bedtime the restaurant closed and it was completely quiet. It's not the kind of place you might want to stay for long-term (a week or more), but for one to a few nights while visiting the area, it was perfect for me. I only wish I had more time to eat at the restaurant downstairs -- the food looked AMAZING! If you arrive during dinner time to check-in, I'd suggest finding street parking nearby (easy) and avoid the valet parking lot -- it's VERY tight. But once the restaurant closes, it's empty so you can just park your car in the dedicated spots for the hotel. Next time I'll bring my wife and we'll stay here AND get to the restaurant.
