The hotel was not very crowded the day I checked in, and they upgraded me from a Studio, Queen Bed to one with a king. I appreciated the free on-site washers and dryers (3 each.) The location is very quiet.

Nice hotel for a family trip. The staff was friendly and helpful. There were 24 hr coffee / tea service and complimentary snacks, and the included breakfast had lots of options. Gym would have been nice if we were staying longer, and the indoor pool was clean with lots of towels options.

This hotel is not only in a great location, but the staff that I came in contact with was very helpful, friendly and professional. Josh the young man that checked us in was such a friendly young man. The room was spacious; kitchen area was sufficiently stocked. The pool area was clean, and the hot tub was really nice. The pool water was a bit too cold, but the children seemed to not mind. Hotel was very clean

The only staff that was doing the breakfast was not friendly and couldn’t keep up. I did address it with a manager and she was great. Breakfast options didn’t accommodate our pork allergy but was good. The toilet in our room make noise after flushing for a long time. Cleaning staff was so friendly.

Josh was very helpful at check in and even provided an upgrade at no charge because he had another room available. The room and facilities were clean and kept up and the other staff were very friendly and welcoming as well. My grandson came to visit and enjoyed the ice cream and swimming in the indoor pool.

Property I thought was going to be a higher scale, they had black tape on the floor moldings, half the tvs in the room didn't work. Our room was not properly prepared for the amount of guest. The beds were uncomfortable and small. The pull out couch mattress was covered in stains. The breakfast and pool was the best part of the hotel.

The staff was very nice and kind at this location. They were willing to get us extra blankets, etc. The staff was incredibly polite and kind. Unfortunately, the hotel is not well maintained. There were weird stains on the couch, and the pullout couch was more of an ottoman that pulled out than a bed. There was a rip in the carpeting. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana very strongly. It was mostly fine in our room, until the next morning when it seemed to have drifted in. You could smell the marijuana smell as soon as you walked into the lobby.

Josh, the manager was amazing! He was so helpful to me and my family. I honestly believe this is the best hotel I've stayed at, and I've stayed at hundreds, including several international spots. They had little special things too- drinks like bottled water and soda, along with ice cream bars free of charge. Laundry was also free. A great place!!!
