"Very clean, very cute hotel with super nice staff. Right behind the boardwalk so I loved that it was within walking distance. Great view of the ocean if you get a room on the 4th floor. Only negatives were the elevator was broken and the shower in the room I originally booked wasnt working so they proactively switched me to a comparable room with the same view and had a staff member bring up my bags. They were really on the ball with making sure there were no inconveniences despite the elevator & shower being broken. The kitchen had a coffee maker and toaster as well as a large mini fridge, small stovetop, and microwave with some dishes ready to use in the cabinets. The kiddos (teens) and I are very pleased with our stay and look forward to coming back!"

"We stayed at for a softball tournament and the front desk attendant was so sweet and helpful. She even gave us extra blankets and pillows so we are comfortable. We usually don’t stay in beach motels because we never know what we are getting into but this motel was super clean and very cozy. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Biscayne Suites is a fairly typical shore-town boutique hotel. Design and layout feel a little dated; but it is clean, comfortable, and quiet in an unbeatable location. Staff was professional, welcoming, and pleasant. Very much appreciated the lack of wall-to-wall carpeting, which especially in a beach resort area can be more than a little funky. Would certainly stay again."

"the place was clean. The address given took me to different place but i think it was still part of the building. it took me to where the laundry room is located and one if the front desk employees had to lead me to the front of the actual hotel ( the mansion , i think) to actually take the elevator to my room. This is where the good part stops the host seemed to have collaborated with the other building occupants to re-enact everything wrong that was done to me in Utah when i was using another rental app. The impression that i got was that they had too much time on their hands to be stalking and harassing a person 24/7."

"Me and my four children stayed on the first floor right next to the pool. Our room had two large beds that were pretty comfortable and each bed came with three pillows and linens. The bathroom was very nicely redone with enough towels for each person and built in shampoo, conditioner , and shower gel. The water got very hot with excellent water pressure. The room did not have any kind of odor and felt very clean. The motel has a restaurant located right in the front of the building with excellent breakfast and service. A parking spot was included with our room which was very nice. In the morning we walked right across the street and rented a surrey and rode up and down the boardwalk, it was amazing. The motel is perfectly placed so that you don’t have to cross any streets to get to the boardwalk and it felt like a safe location. It’s right off of eighth Street near Cinnabon and a fudge shop with the police station on the side. We did use the pool which was so warm. It was so nice to not be freezing. It could use a good cleaning, but we are easy to please and had fun. The courtyard was so nice to relax in and they had nice tables and patio furniture set up. The front desk staff was very welcoming and gave great suggestions. It was a great easy stay with a better price and location than a lot of other places in the area. "
