Great place to stay. Comfortable beds. Close to boardwalk. Good size suite. Super small bathroom is the only downside but it's workable. Will stay again next year. Fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, all good 👍

Our room was very clean and comfortable and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The building is located steps away from the beach with no cross streets to navigate. This was our third year here, and we've always been happy with our stay.

Property was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful, polite, and courteous We had a few issues with our TV's in the room and maintenance was there extremely quickly to correct the issue so that we could watch TV. This is our 2nd trip to Ocean 7 and we hope to make it a yearly trip.

This is a somewhat aged, but exceptionally well located, clean and well run facility. I was pleased with our room because of its orderliness and excellent air-conditioning. There is only one elevator, but it works fine, and the price was right. Parking was good. All in all, my wife and I are very happy we stayed here for our only night we could be in Ocean City New Jersey this year.

Room was great my only suggestion would be to replace the antiquated bath tub faucet it was hard to regulate water temperature and very difficult to turn water all the way off. Otherwise loved the place and would come back.

This hotel is super nice, and the location is perfect! The room (323) was small but met the needs of our family of 3. I love the mini kitchen, that's a huge plus. The bed was very comfortable. The only issue was we were not able to enjoy the pool because the water was too cold for us, I'm not sure if the heating was on. Everyone we came across from the staff was SUPER friendly! And the parking was really easy and accommodated our large SUV with bikes on the back.

Great location! Staff was very friendly, and there was always someone at the desk if you needed them. Our unit was perfect for our stay. Parking was a little tight but I'm not sure there's much to do about that if there's going to be one spot for every unit.

The condo #416 we stayed at really needed a bathroom makeover. The toilet seat was (I guess) a child's seat... The shower didn't pull all of the water from the spigot up so the shower water pressure was ehhh... The Ocean 7 itself was very nice. The staff were super friendly! I location was great! I would never rent #416 again, but I would consider staying at Ocean 7 again.
