"The staff were so friendly and kind. They were able to assist me and it was nice to calm down as I was freaking out how I would get to a place I didn’t know how to get there . I love the place and would definitely come Back."

"15 minutes before pool closing, the front desk person, Emilee, demanded that we exit the pool area. Her attitude felt like a personal attack although the other guests near us at the pool were also felt her approach was aggressive and unprofessional. She had looked at our personal belongings and saw that we had cigarette packs in our possession. She asked for our room number and when we inquired why, she wrongfully accused us of smoking in non designated areas. This was uncalled for as we adhered to all rules and policies during our stay and had only smoked in the designated area where the ashtray fixture was stationed by the parking lot. We intend to follow up with hotel management. "
