Not this one. We arrive later in the evening and was given a room. When I opened the door and walked in there was people's clothing on the bed and the mother and daughter staying in that room walked in behind us. The other occupants and I went back down to the desk and told the clerk what happened. She asked if she could move myself, my husband and my 2 teenagers to a room with one king bed only. When I said no, she eventually found another room. But yet again, swiped the card and walked in to a room with 2 people sitting in their room. Now I third time I go back down. I ask if the 2 queen bed rooms are full if we can have 2 room with a king bed. I got told they are overbooked. I asked for a refund which she told me I had to go through Expedia. I called Expedia from the parking lot and explained that I was booking a different hotel. They tried calling and email the hotel and the clerk did not once pick up the phone. Expedia tried for 3 weeks to connect with the hotel before finally just issuing me a receipt. I would highly recommend never staying at this hotel especially if you are checking in later in the day. Honestly shocked at how long it took them to bring us towels … 10 hours in case you were wondering. Oh definitely don’t drink the coffee it will be filled with grounds , and at one point it sounded like someone was trying to get in our room at like 1 am , super weird. And I had not 1 but 2 individuals ask me for fent. Booked a Jacuzzi tub room, was put in a non Jacuzzi tub room. Talked with front desk & was moved. Front desk was helpful and gave us a room that had to be manually unlocked- as the key card contraption was faulty. The room was clean, but the floor was sticky and had visible sticky spots (honestly, i would assume concentrated cleaner not diluted enough). We turned the tv on and that was as far as the remote worked. Had to youtube how to manually turn it off. As we were just nodding off to sleep, we hear a drip drip drip. We get up to check the bathroom, assuming the shower is leaking, and walk into a literal puddle of water leaking from the room above us. We call downstairs and were told they weren't authorized to transfer us and to call the direct room number. We figure it a miscommunication because we used our cellphone to call (we couldnt find the room phone), so we walk downstairs, explain the situation, and are handed an armful of towels to clean up the water ourselves, and a promise that note will be left for the morning. Upon checkout, we were informed no note was left. The hotel was pet friendly, as evidenced by the huge pile of dog excrement my partner stepped in while unloading the car. The next day they moved us back into our previous room with the toilet working. Our biggest concern is the fact that their hotel states complementary breakfast. They kept their food room closed the day after thanksgiving, which we kind of understood but not really and the Day after they had their door open and all they had was a bowl of old cereal and sticks of butter. The last day they didn’t even open the food room. It’s completely ridiculous. My family of 4 had to spend 2x the amount of money that was budgeted for food. I was not informed that bed bugs would be a part of the hotel booking fees. I wrote to the corporate a week ago and they promised to "research these concerns." - well... a week later they still researching..... Otherwise, the dining room was closed and non-functioning all the time. The bathtub drained very slowly. The hotel was located in a pretty “ghetto” part of town but had lots of food and shopping options. Breakfast was included but you would honestly never know it was an option because the food was almost non existent. No one was waiting at the front desk, ever unless you rang for them. It's an ok hotel on the WSU Everett and Everett CC campus.
