I liked the accommodation is staffed throughout day and night, and that you can leave your key there if you want to so you don’t need to worry about losing it when going out partying or to the beach. Staff was kind and the area is pretty convenient between beaches in Ipanema & Copabana. They changed towels everyday which I wasn’t expecting and thought was nice.

Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful! Special mention to Gabriel at check-in who was just a star and Ivan in the rooftop restaurant!
The view of the beach from my room was stunning!
Decor pillows on bed were very old and gold frame of bedhead was stained/rusted. Mirrors (both eall and lighted small beauty mirror) were dusty/not properly cleaned. Also the light on the beauty mirror was not working.
