Details: Unwind is an adorable, Gulf-view, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex home in Cape San Blas that sleeps 6. Guests will love the large, screened-in porch with Emerald water views, the classic old-Florida vibe, and the quiet Cape location.

Unwind is elevated on stilts and provides shaded parking and a gas grill beneath the home. Stairs lead to a spacious screened-in porch with beautiful views of the Gulf and a cafe table and chairs—perfect for dining outside. Sliding glass doors open to the home’s bright, airy living, kitchen, and dining area with tile floors and beach-inspired decor. A queen sleeper sofa and chairs face a 55†TV in the living area. A dining table seats 4, leading to a galley-style kitchen with lots of space to prepare beach snacks and meals. A guest bedroom off the kitchen shares a bathroom with the living area. The primary bedroom is down stairs, with a private bathroom.

*Small dogs weighing 20 pounds or less are welcome at Unwind with a $200 non-refundable pet fee.

*Guests have the option to book the neighboring unit "Relax" to accommodate an additional 6 guests.

*Your reservation includes $250 worth of beach gear. That’s right! Rent a beach wagon, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, and more for your stay. Your $250 credit will go a long way!

*Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property, forfeit any rental payments, and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.

Perfect week at Cape San Blas!

We loved our stay at Unwind! It was a great location and very comfortable accommodations for 4 people. The screened porch has a lovely view of the ocean and the neighborhood beach access is just steps from Unwind. Will definitely book again!

Great house and in a great location!

We loved this condo! The location to the beach was perfect, inside was very clean for the most part. The coffee maker was broke but they were quick to bring a new one. The only real con for us are the stairs are very steep and narrow and made us nervous with our toddler and the bathroom door also gets stuck and is hard to open. Otherwise, we absolutely loved this place!

Beautiful-Relaxing-Quiet

The place was exactly how you see it in the photos. Nice, clean and very comfortable. Bed were comfortable too. We had a great time fishing and meeting some of the neighboring people. Great time of year to go for us as it was the week before spring break started so it was nice and low key.

Best perks

The best perk Natural Retreats offer is that you do not have to clean dishes and strip beds. When you are preparing to leave for home and have to be out by 10am it is impossible to get everything done that morning. Especially with a family. You usually spend the night before cleaning instead of sitting on the beach watching the sunset. Great property great stay! Thank you!

Wonderful place!!!! I will rent it often!!!! It is clean and has everything you need! Super close to the beach!!! The only thing that would make it primo is if the floor of the screened porch was screened as well to protect from insects in the summer!
