Beach Time Cottage

Mexico beach is open for business and beautiful as ever! So leave the hassle behind and enjoy relaxing in paradise. Beach Time cottage is beautifully decorated, this 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage is only a few minutes walk to the white sandy shores. The master bedroom features a king size bed, Flat Screen SmartTv and a private master bath. Guest bedroom offers a Queen bed and 40” SmartTv. Fully equipped electric kitchen includes dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, coffee supplies, toaster and CrockPot. The kitchen offers a supply of paper goods, dish detergent, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags. The baths are equipped with hand soaps, a starter shampoo, conditioner, and body bar. The cottage has a washer and dryer for your convenience, along with a supply of laundry soap. No need to worry about linens, towels, wash clothes, and kitchen towels because this home has your family prepared to enjoy your getaway without the hassle! Spend the morning enjoying a cup of coffee on the front porch or an evening glass of wine. Spend your day at the beach picking up shells or by the community pool. Grill up your catch on the gas grill while you unwind on the back deck enjoying beautiful sunset colors! No matter how you want to spend your beach getaway, Beach Time Cottage has you covered in comfort!

This was our second visit to Beach Time Cottage and we plan to return again. The home is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. All furniture/appliances are comfortable and clean. It is located in a quiet, walkable, residential neighborhood and less than 1 block from the beach. It is on a cul-de-sac of other similar type cottages that all share a private outdoor swimming pool. The home has a covered front porch and rear deck with grill. It is in close proximity to Under the Palms Park, and Veterans Park (pickle ball courts).

It is always nice to stay in a place where it seems you are the first people to ever stay there. The house was so cute and very clean. The thoughtfulness of all the small things was so appreciated. Front porch had seating to relax. Kitchen was well stocked with things needed to cook, bake, clean, mix cocktails, or even do a crockpot meal. The coffee maker was equipped to brew ground coffee as well as pods and supplied were creamer, sugars and pods. There were lap blankets on the couch. Flat screens in bed rooms and living room. Games and coloring books supplied. Washer/dryer was nice. Bathrooms had full sized shampoo and conditioners, bar of soap, hair dryer and plenty of towels; even had night lights. The big back deck had seating area for four, umbrella and a gas grill. In the master closet was a beach umbrella, two beach chairs and several beach towels. House was located walking distance the beach. The beach was clean and near vacant while we were there. The best relaxing vacation was spent here.

First of all I want to say we really enjoyed staying here for our second time. It's a great location and the pool is nice if you don't want to go to the Beach. However, cleaning of the property should be checked a little better. There was dirt and candy wrappers under the bed. There needs to be more than one extra trash bag and toilet paper. The property needs to be sprayed for ants. There is only 2 remotes for 3 TV's. Only 2 dining chairs ( there were 3 adults with us) thankfully we brought chairs. The living room furniture badly need to be replaced.

Me and Momma had a great time! Cottage was beautiful! The only thing I can say bad is that it isn't a 3 min walk to the beach. Not even if you run. You can't see the beach at all from the cottage BUT me and Momma both LOVED the cottage!!!!

Escape to Mexico Beach

My son and I came to the Port St. Joe area for golf, sun and the Gulf of Mexico. The Beach Time Cottage made the visit even better. Ideal location with a five minute walk to the beach, great layout, perfect amenities including a nice community pool, all complemented by excellent communication from the prop mgr. Great stay for us.

Home Away From Home In Mexico Beach

This home exceeded our expectations. This was our first trip back staying in Mexico Beach since the 2018 Hurricane. We feel that this home is nicer than what is advertised on the VRBO site. The home is of newer construction, clean, in a quiet neighborhood, on one level with no stairs, and just a block from the beach. The furnishings (beds, sofas, appliances, etc.) were all newer, clean, and comfortable. The home was stocked with all the basics that we needed for a comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood is very walkable/pedestrian friendly.
