Access to beach was great. Functionality of stuff in house was excellent. Kitchen was sufficiently furnished. Beds were comfortable. Negatives: Property management would not allow us early check in even though the previous renter had checked out 4 days before we arrived. A little consideration given we had my 2.5 yr old granddaughter with us would have been much appreciated. The 3rd bathroom off the laundry room was locked even though it was advertised as being accessible. We managed to get the door open and found the bathroom had not been cleaned. We used it anyway as an extra restroom as to not have to intrude on the occupants of the master bath. A very large bear (my son saw him) visited our trash cans twice and we had to rebag and clean up after him. After contacting 360Blue, we were allowed to move the trash cans to the fenced in back yard. Would have been nice to have been warned of the bears prior to check in because I had walked my little 10 pound dog about an hour before the bear visit. Summary: Despite the negatives, the property is very nice, and I would have no problem recommending others to stay here. We had a great vacation. ##### Becky W. It was exactly how it was listed, cute, roomy and steps to the beach. The check in process in theory is great but the code we were given did not work.
