We complained to the staff, who promised to talk to them, but offered no proof they ever did. Then they told us they'd be leaving that day, but they were wrong and we endured another night of craziness. We had five hours of sleep between the nuttiness that ended at 1:00 a.m. and began around 6:00 a.m. in the morning. When I wrote to Hilton, they promised me a discount NEXT time I visit. LOL! It would have been nice if they had offered a slight refund for THIS time around. It was a fabulous motel, and the breakfasts were fabulous, but had they actually spoken to the noisy neighbors, they would have understood WHY they were noisy and possibly could have moved them elsewhere. We couldn't move because we had set up everything for five-day stay and didn't want to spend two hours breaking everything down and starting over in another room.
