This is a quaint more traditional style of hotel with it seemed like only six rooms. You still get a room key attached to a fob rather than the key cards you tend to get nowadays and the flooring is a little sloped in places all adding to the charm. We had just a one night stop over but would be happy to return. »

« Parking is first come first served. We had no issue. We did go around twice as we missed the entrance. Room was clean and comfortable. We would have liked a firmer mattress. Loved the wonky bits of the building. Breakfast was lovely. Good choice of everything and we asked if we wanted more. Great atmosphere in the bar, seems popular with locals. All staff were very friendly and chatty. »

"Nous sommes un peu déçus… l’hôtel est en fait attenant au manoir et non dans le manoir. Nos chambres n’étaient pas très propres (draps salis, rideaux déchirés, trace de nourriture présente sur la moquette) mais spacieux (les enfants avaient leur propre chambre attenante). La piscine est un peu vieillotte. Le personnel est discret, poli mais un peu trop détaché des besoins des clients."
