We didn’t have breakfast but the choices for the evening meals were excellent and reasonably priced. Free on site parking with bus stops for Cardiff city centre a short walk away. Overall a great stay. Staff all very efficient and friendly

Everythjng perfect regards the accomodation. However, the onsite restaurant was quite 'upmarket' ; expensive, with meals nothing like the 'pub grub' we had seen on the website- quite a shock! The staff though were excellent!

Beautifully refurbished room, clean and incredibly comfortable with great amenities and wonderful staff. Slight criticism is the impossibly small sized size of the sink in the bathroom, that small infact, when trying to wash my face I may or may not have bumped my head off the tap (insert laughs here). Electrical sockets would have also been ideal to both sides of the bed. Didn't have breakfast but did pop in for a evening beverage and the pub was stunning. Bit on the pricey side but again wonderfully refurbished and really friendly staff. Will definitely be returning.

Rooms clean fresh and airy, currently undergoing room refresh so will be even better! Staff very polite and enthusiastic could not be faulted. Unfortunately we could not sample the food but it is highly recommended.

Even though the exterior of the restaurant and accommodation are undergoing refurbishment we had a lovely stay at the coach and horses @ Castleton. The Room was perfect for our two night stay and the optional breakfast was delicious.
