"Great view of the beach and a fully equipped kitchen. There was even a sofa bed and space to eat. The AC cooled well, only thing is that it did release a bit of dust as it operated. The staff was attentive and helpful whenever they were needed and the pool/hot tub area was also great. The access to the beach was very eay and the beach was private, so there werent that many people. There is plenty of parking which is great because its never an issue when you come back late (like if you are going to Rockville). Only con I can say of this place is that you can tell its slightly older, and not everything is super new. Cleanliness could be a bit better, but thats just because I am a bit of a clean freak. I would come again and would recommend this place."

El trato del personal fue poco hospitalario y constantemente nos llamaban la atención por situaciones innecesarias, lo que hizo la estadía incómoda en todo momento. Uno de los puntos más negativos fue el servicio en el bar, donde prácticamente no recibimos la atención adecuada y siempre encontrábamos una actitud negativa por parte del personal. En ningún momento hubo disposición para solucionar situaciones o brindar una experiencia agradable. Lamentablemente, tampoco recibimos disculpas ante los inconvenientes presentados. Esperábamos un ambiente más cordial y un servicio orientado al cliente, pero nuestra experiencia fue totalmente lo contrario a pesar de haber pagado un exuberante precio de estadía."

"We had a room in the north tower with a view of the street. The room was clean but very out dated. The drain placement in the bathroom was annoying. The shower had a drain and there was a 2nd drain in the middle of the floor directly behind the vanity. So there’s a slope where you’re standing to get ready and you step back onto a drain. As for the room, there was a very small refrigerator, no microwave, a TV, and a desk. Our room had 2 supposedly queen beds (smallest queen I’ve ever slept on) with a lamp in between, an alarm clock, and a phone. There was one plug and USB port. We did not eat at the restaurants or shop in the snack store, but we did get an overpriced but tasty drink from the outdoor bar. The on site parking options are self park for $37/day (includes parking tax) or valet for about $50-55. The self parking is across the street and that combined with the walk to the north tower was 0.25 miles. Unfortunately, their self parking lot very quickly overfills. We parked in the extended spots meant for trailers and buses one night. The next day, Jordan Tucci (parking manager) called me to come move the car for a bus to park there. We asked him where to move the car and he told us to valet it or park in the city garage. He was a d**k about it too. We’ve already paid to park here and we’re supposed to go pay to park somewhere else? That’s not gonna happen. You want me to move my car, then give me a complementary valet or a voucher for the city garage. "

"I did enjoy access to the beach and the view was awesome. The only thing is no microwave, coffee maker, nor ice bucket was in the room. I had to go downstairs for an ice bucket & I noticed a microwave in the lobby with coffee maker. But my visit was very peaceful and great."

"Very clean and enjoyed the stay. Needs a microwave in the room but thats my only complaint. Beach was not too busy in this area either."

"Television did not work, and the toilet was broken. We had to fix the toilet on our own. When we first checked in staff was friendly and accommodating. Near the end of our trip, the staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. The front desk staff acted like they didn’t want to be there."

"Arrived to check-in and there was only one host at reception. She seemed very uncertain while helping the guests in front of me in line. It took her an hour to help them. Then when she started helping me it took 30 minutes. I am disabled and requested a accessable room. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor at the complete end of four hallways, next to the stairwell and as far away as possible from the elevator. The room was also not accessible as it had no grab bars and a highwalled bathtub. The room was also filthy. The bed was made and towels were put out but everything else was disgusting. The carpet was not vaccumed and had random sticky spots. There was hair and dirt in the bathtub. The headboard had tons of gross substances stuck to it that could have easily been wiped away. The mini fridge had tons of crumb sticky spots and a plastic wrapper inside. The room smelled like cigar smoke and vomit. And every single surface was sticky. The nightstands were the worst they each had multiple sticky rings from spilled drinks and when i tried to move the lamp over to get a picture, it was so sticky that is sounded like ripping off a piece of ductape. I requested a new room. I was given the room directly accrossed from my previous one. This one was also not accessible and MARGINALLY cleaner. I slept on top of the sheets. Genuinely one of the dirtiest places I've stayed in. "
