"The view from our room was spectacular and everything was perfect. The only issue was that there was not parking available at the hotel as described. We had to park across the street and were told the fee would be the same. It was pretty inconvenient and we were glad we didn’t have much luggage. Also when we left the next morning the fee for parking was actually more. "

"No frills hotel. Clean bed, clean washroom, free breakfast free parking. Was in town for a funeral and just used room to sleep. No complaints."

"Excellent self serve breakfast. food was fresh and perfectly cooked. When we arrived, we were told our room was on the second floor. My wife is handicapped. When I asked if we could have a room on the first floor, the day manager was very courteous and gave us a first floor room. Thank you Comfort Inn Windsor."

Jessica at reception at the time of check out (morning on July 29) was amazing, helpful and managed to procced with Expedia's phone call to cancel one night (left hotel one night earlier) since business trip work was completed ahead of time. Thank you to both Expedia and Hotel staff for professionalism and kindness. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was quite a walk to get to the reception desk. Having to walk through the casino and find the reception desk wasn't fun."

"Great location near the water, 5 mins from the train station, downtown. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly and efficient, and the options from their complimentary breakfast were very impressive for a 3 star. Would definitely recommend. "
