Another amazing weekend stay at my favorite hotel in Milpitas. Everything was wonderful from the room to the food. Decided to check out the Ribeye Steak this time and I was not disappointed. Tender and perfectly cooked to temperature by head chef Darius. Definitely will be getting that again. Shoutout to bartender Maria on a perfect Long Island ice tea and great conversation. Front desk staff are definitely a shining light when you arrive. You’ll be happy with your stay from check-in to checkout. Any issues or concerns are quickly dealt with by the friendly maintenance staff. Great job guys. Look forward to my return weekend. .

I ended up booking a room with 2 beds since that was all that was available. First of all, the room was too small for how the beds were arranged. There were no curtains on the windows, just shades that needed to be replaced. There was a smell in the room which might be from the area outside the hotel since it's close to the marsh area. My room phone wasn't working properly. When I checked in, I felt the person was lacking in customer service skills, that has been an issue in the past. I feel that the person could of been more friendly and acknowledged that I have been there before and welcomed me back. This hotel and this location needs to better train their front desk people in being more hospitable towards their guests. I also ordered some items that the robot delivers to the room, 30 minutes went by and I had to call the front desk to ask for the items to be delivered since I had been waiting. I also ordered room service and they were timely and friendly, good food too. I stay at this hotel cause the restaurant is good and the rooms have bathtubs plus the location but I do believe customer serive at check-in needs to improve.

Great stay at this hotel. Free continental breakfast (egg burritos, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, coffee/tea/juice...) was great. The only drawback was the room was not completely cleaned up (there was food leftover in small refrigerator and some personal makeup items left by previous guests), and the room was not cleaned up after our first night (we stayed 2 nights). But other than that, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, closed to lots of shopping areas and closed to the freeway (some might view this an issue, but not me).

Charging $15/day for parking was way too much! The staff was awesome, the room was super comfortable, though the kitchen could use better cooking equipment.

Check in was excellent. The room was alright the microwave was not in the room. Over all the ac working great filter needs to be replaced. Been sneezing entire time. The parking area so crowded and compact . Like hot wheels cramped. Other than that. Many places to go for Thai food as well Indian cuisine.
