Appartement et cohabitation agréable - problème arrivée

J’ai été bien accueilli et mon cohabitant était très agréable. L’appartement est très propre lumineux, confortable, et fonctionnel.En revanche, la procédure d’arrivée doit être améliorée, je n’avais que l’adresse et pas le code et ma correspondante ne m’a pas répondu dans les 48 heures qui ont précédé mon arrivée (malgré mes relances 0plateforme appel sms) j’ai dû contacter la plate-forme abrité et j’ai fort stressé je croyais à une réservation bidon.Heureusement, ils m’ont appelé cinq minutes avant mon arrivée et j’ai pu être accueilli.
