"Right in downtown Wilmington - easy to find, yet hidden away. Shops and dining in easy walking distance.

"Love this property so much. It was very quiet, relaxing and having the two restaurants on site was a plus. The food at both restaurants were really good and all the amenities that they offered, top-notch, we will definitely be staying here again."

"Repeat visit to The Nutmeg. Great outdoor saltwater pool. Bed very comfortable. Great game room and seating areas. Delicioys breakfast. Some areas (carpeting) are dingy and could usexa deep clean, but we still love it!"
"Beautiful and quiet location. Management response from a question we had was very prompt. Good to have a high clearance vehicle for road and drive way. Highly recomend."
"We had a lovely time at Emilio’s place in Wilmington Vermont! The property is lovely and I would say the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s even better in person! Emilio was very responsive, as well, which our stay extremely smooth. Thank you! "

"The property was perfect for our family of 8. The view from the lawn looking out over the water was breathtaking. Deer passed through every morning, fireflies at night, even a few hummingbirds. The game room was a huge bonus too. We made a lot memories. Thank you so much for sharing your home!"
