"This hotel was really lovely - the theme an vibe were consistent throughout the entire grounds and really set a great mode. The arcade was such a Pleasant surprise for the kids and they LOVED it! I would say for the price there really should be a hotel shuttle to town and the beach for the guests. It feels like a huge miss to not have that. I also found it so odd that the beach chairs didn’t recline. When borrowing a beach chair for the beach you want it to fully recline and it’s a huge disappointment to lug it all the way there and not be able to recline it. Also you should have umbrella for rent with that chairs. Families would really benefit from that. Lastly the counter space in the bathroom is nonexistent. There is nowhere to put anything which is tough. Overall it was really nice and the staff was so pleasant anywhere we went. A shuttle would really make it perfection."

"Patrick is a great very accommodating host. We had a pack and play for the baby waiting for us inside when we arrived. Being right on the beach and enjoying the views was amazing . Definitely worth staying for the location! However , don’t expect much from the house. Poorly ventilated inside had this old moldy smell especially downstairs where the bedrooms are. Seeing the plains landing and taking off was also really fun. You could barely hear it so the sound didn’t bother at all. Location! Location!"

"Josh was an amazing host and went out of his way to make our stay extra special! The home was perfect for our family and the location is great. Tucked into the back of a quiet street, but so close to all the conveniences of mid island. We even walked into town one day! A large yard for my kids to enjoy is definitely a bonus on Nantucket. We cannot wait to return again next year! Thank you for a great week!"

"We had a great stay at a great property, celebrating a 49th birthday with a large group of friends. The host was super responsive to asks, and it was a memorable, hassle free stay. Location also has great proximity to stores, downtown and the airport, so we were never left spending too much time traveling around the island."

"This is a nice property with an excellent location and we enjoyed out time here. Natasha was easy to work with and very helpful in making the reservation. While the house was well stocked there are certainly a couple of things that could be improved on. We enjoyed the pool and it was nice to have table tennis and cornhole provided. Unfortunately, the cornhole boards were falling apart so we had to keep putting them back together. Although it was not a major expense, I had to go out and purchase some Bounty paper towels as the ones provided were the cheapest possible and absolutely useless, falling apart even when using multiple sheets. The house was generally neat enough on arrival although the floor in the master bath could use a good cleaning as it was quite stained.It would be nice to have additional seating for meals as there are only four bar stools in the kitchen with the only other dining option a table on the deck outside."
