This gorgeous mission style house is located steps from Downtown and the Beach. Intimate and unique, 52 Union, a standalone residence provides ample space with roughly 2,100 Sq. Ft. of living area. It was recently renovated with the ideal blend of sophisticated luxury while maintaining a Historic Nantucket charm. The renovation was completed in July of 2022 with front and back porches providing an abundance of space and natural light to compliment the design and dark wood features. Located on Union Street, 52 Union, is within a 10-minute walk to Main Street and walking distance to the closest Beach. It is centrally located for easy access to the Downtown Center, Beaches, and the rest of the Island. Blending the privacy of an independent residence with the guest services of a Hotel/Inn, our intimate property offers all of the modern amenities today’s luxury traveler expects. It is a lovely older home that has been updated and beautifully decorated. The inside is perfectly cozy and enjoyable. It has a small backyard and comfortable outdoor furniture. However, the house sits on a busy corner close to the harbor so it is not quiet. The road traffic is non-stop during busy season which makes it challenging to exit the driveway in a car and dangerous for small children to be outside. I recommend for adults only. Otherwise, it’s a great spot if you like to walk to shops, dinner, harbor, etc! ##### Tama D.
