However, we were very happy with the house. The location cannot be beat as it is a couple minutes away from the beach and very close to a park, which is ideal if you have small children. It is, managed by a property company, so everything is very clean and well maintained. My only comment would be that there are no rugs in the house, which makes it feel sort of cold and not very homey. Adding a few rugs in the living space and in the bedrooms would really warm up the place and make it less echoey. Otherwise, it was great, and I would highly recommend! ##### Lauren C.
