"We celebrated our tenth anniversary with a group of 16 people. Our group included a ten month old and two (small) dogs. The view might be among the best in Colorado from any residential property I've been to in my 20 years here. It felt like having our own private resort (think: Devil's Thumb Ranch) without other guests or staff everywhere. There is a long table (not pictured) that comfortably fit our group for meals together, which was really helpful and fun. This place has a ton of charm, high-end furniture and art, and is thoughtfully decorated. We loved the outdoor spaces - we spent tons of time on the patio, in the hot tub, and on the property. We enjoyed our stay, but it definitely felt like a splurge and a bit overpriced at 4500/night (5700 a night including taxes and fees). That said, it is unique and a lovely place for a special occasion. I could see this being an absolutely magical place to hold a wedding or a family reunion. "
