"Excellent stay and amenities"

"Convenient located"

"Excellent stay! The room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The mountain views were amazing, the location was perfect, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a peaceful place to relax after a day of hiking and exploring. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!"

"The castle suite was superb! Great views and the private hot tub on the balcony was delightful!"

"For us it was quiet. There were fox running around and it was adorable. Great indoor hot tub. Was not there long enough to utilize all amenities, but would have liked too!"

"Great location, dog friendly, and check in was easy and smooth."

"Attention to detail"

"The staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed help with check in and check out."

"Dishes were put away dirty. Kitchen dirty. No on-site restaurant. Good WI-FI. Front check in staff very professional-they did assign a wrong room. Understaffed."

"The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. "

"The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal "

"The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction."
