O hotel é muito bem localizado num trecho muito bom da praia de Muro Alto e as instalações são boas, embora eu tenha achado um tanto claustrofóbica a academia e a sala de jogos no subsolo. A equipe, no geral, foi muito simpática e prestativa. Minhas críticas resumem-se mais ao serviço dos restaurantes, era corriqueiro simplesmente algo acabar e os funcionários são poucos para períodos de pico, então os pedidos tendiam a demorar muito. Pelo preço, também acho que o buffet deveria ter mais qualidade e variedade, além do que a lotação nas horas mais cheias era desafiadora. Também acho que poderia ter mais opções de entretenimento até um pouco mais tarde.

The property is amazing, but for the price it was not worth it. The property does charge for a glass of wáter you have. There is no water fountain even in the gym.
They lack to replace food during dinner, and many options goes really fast.
The food was delicious, but the prices are very expensive.
