« We had a lovely and comfortable stay here. I cooked almost all of our meals in the kitchen. It was adequate for what we needed. The location is great. Right in the middle of downtown. Parking was easy. Saturday was a busy and noisy day/night in the town but the rest of the days were quiet. I loved sitting out on the balcony. « Our overall stay was nice! The place was cozy, roomy and clean! Not to far from Fort Drum! Just a few inconveniences during our stay.To get to either one of the bedrooms you have to go through a bathroom. If someone in the bathroom you have to wait to get to the bedroom. The masterbath fan doesnt work and no deoderizer available so then have to wait longer. « The cabin stunk like stale air. The deck is old and sagging with a huge drop to the ground. So it felt unsafe. The screens were all ripped. The water had a terrible taste when we used it to make coffee. We texted to ask a question to front desk at 8 o’clock at night and didn’t get the answer till 8:30 the next morning. »

« We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
