"We had a wonderful week at Casa Volz. From there it is very easy by car to reach lots of rambling paths inside the island as well as many lovely sandy beaches. The house is very clean and fully equipped with anything you may need. The owner is very responsive and helpful. "Very nice and clean hotel. Only downside was I booked a room with a king bed but they gave us a room with 2 single beds. I did not complain but my mattress was ready to go to bin ! Husband’s was ok tho. Overall we enjoyed our stay "

"For me, this is a great location: a few minutes walk to the beach, and there is a nice supermarket (SPAR) almost on the property, and a couple more 5 and 10 minutes away walking distance (a bigger SPAR and a Hipodino). There are a lot of little shops that sell everything, a pharmacy, and plenty of restaurants. Although there will always be a few noisy people here and there no matter where you go, I've been to Bahia Calma Beach three times now, and I've never had a problem with noise, and in general it's very peaceful. And the staff is always very friendly and helpful! "
