Elevators, specifically three, to make it more comfortable to carry luggage, shopping. At the exit of the complex, there are supermarkets, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, shops. Great boardwalk. Sports. Notes on accommodation. The apartments are spacious and bright rooms. The terraces are south facing. The accommodation is suitable for children and the elderly. The apartments are easily accessible by elevator. There are community swimming pools (adult and children) and solarium area, with sun beds, umbrellas. A games room and breakfast and dinner can be taken in the restaurant. There is a 24-hour reception. Accessibility There is wheelchair access to the apartments and throughout the complex, as well as outside. The outer pavement with ramps for wheelchairs, strollers, etc. The route to the beach is flat at the surface level, so even access to the beach is possible by wheelchair. You can rent a car from the airport or locally to explore the entire island (4x4 recommended!) Outside the complex. Sun loungers and umbrellas, can be rented at regular intervals along the beaches, where there are also occasional bars on the beach to relax, listen to music, with a wide variety of freshly prepared dishes. Beach. The beach is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, surfing and there are diving schools nearby. Other activities available include fishing, diving, sailing, tennis, golf, boat trips, visits to other islands by boat, bicycle, camel riding, mountain biking, tricycle cycling, cross bike, jet skis, botanical gardens , zoo (the largest and most complete of all the Canary Islands) and walking. Fuerteventura has a very relaxing volcanic landscape. Distances Morro Jable is the nearest town. It takes about 20 minutes on foot, along the beach or along the promenade. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or a bus to get there. It is a town with good restaurants along the coast. Die Gegend, in der sich der Komplex befindet, ist absolut perfekt, neben dem Strand und in der Nähe aller notwendigen Dienstleistungen wie Supermärkte, Geschäfte, Restaurants, Unterhaltung und andere. Wir empfehlen es, um einen perfekten Urlaub zu genießen. Die kleinen Einschränkungen beziehen sich lediglich auf die Ausstattung der Wohnung. Zum Beispiel sind die Kissen in den Betten unmöglich. Sie sind nur noch für den Müll geeignet. Verklumpt, das Innenleben kommt aus den aufgerissenen Nähten. Die Duschtücher müssen dringend durch Neue ersetzt werden. Die 2 Bratpfannen waren beide kaputt nicht mehr benutzbar. Die Beleuchtung ist sehr ungemütlich. Auf dem Balkon scheint von mittags bis zum Sonnnenuntergang die Sonne. Schön wäre da ein Sonnenschirm. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt stört das alles nicht. Wir waren aber 4 Wochen in der Wohnung und dann stören diese Mängel schon sehr. ##### Monika S. Séjour de 5 nuits en juillet 2017 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Bo Gøran W. 10 avr. 2017 #### Palm Garden opphold Oppholdet har vært fint, leiligheten var OK, men synes det var litt lite utstyr på kjøkkenet,måtte kjøpe noe ekstra.
