### Amazing views, apartment by the beach

Studio apartment in Palm Garden complex on the front line of the beach, in Morro Jable, jandia, Fuerteventura island.  
  
The apartment has stunning views over the sea, swimming pools open year round, the lighthouse and the Jandia sun from the terrace.  
  
  
  
**EQUIPMENT**  
  
  
  
With a capacity for two to four people the apartment has HD TV with national and international channels, two single beds and two single sofa beds suitable for children or small adults, fridge, electric hob, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, iron, fan, hair dryer, cot and other features. The terrace has spectacular views and is fully furnished.  
  
In the complex there is a communal washing machine and dryer,  
  
  
  
There are swimming pools for adults and children with sea views, a restaurant with great prices and quality and a pool table.  
  
There are three lifts in the building, so that you can get the suitcases and shopping to your apartment with ease.  
  
This property in Palm Garden is fully equipped and furnished with every comfort and is great value for money. Relax and enjoy the breathtaking views from the private terrace.  
  
  
  
There is Wi-Fi available for a supplement, which must be contracted in the reception/admin of the complex.  
  
Also in reception there is internet access, telephones, books and information on what to do and see on the island.  
  
  
  
**LOCATION**  
  
  
  
Just outside there is a children's play park are supermarkets, restaurants, medical centre, chemist, shops, shopping centre, a pub and cocktail bars. The bus stop is just opposite.  
  
In the area there is a large choice of aquatic sports, like surfing, diving and catamaran trips. It is the best area in Jandia, perfect for relaxing, enjoying the sun and the transparent waters of the beaches.  
  
At the exit of the complex, there are supermarkets, a children's park, restaurants, medical center, pharmacy, stores, shopping center, pub, cocktail bars. The bus stop is just in front.  
  
Possibility to practice water sports such as surfing, diving, catamaran. In the best area of Jandia, ideal for relaxing, enjoying the sun and the transparent waters of its beaches.
