« Trop de mails, de messages et trop compliquée la procédure de réservation. Je n’ai jamais vu ça!!! En plus du dépôt de 100 (dont je n’ai d’ailleurs toujours pas été remboursé) pour pouvoir entrer dans les lieux, c’est vraiment exagéré. Sinon l’appartement ça allait. Bien, normal sans plus. J’espère recevoir mes 100 de dépôt dans les plus brefs délais en tous cas. Sinon vous allez entendre parler de moi!!! »

« Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour à l'Apartamento Tanzanita. Omar à été très aidant, disponible, accueillant et chaleureux. Tout était bien propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement est dans un quartier résidentiel très tranquille et nous étions à quelques minutes de marche de cafés, restos, magasins et tout près de toutes les plus belles plages de Fuerteventura en voiture. Si vous vous êtes randonneur et que vous voulez traverser le parc de Jandia vous êtes à l'emplacement idéal. Le départ...

"Super appartement proche de la plage à pied pour le lever de soleil. Quartier très calme, loin de l'agitation des villes. Les appartements sont un peu vieux et pourraient être rénovés un peu. Le personnel est charmant, rien à dire. Le petit déjeuner est complet. Je reste choqué par les touristes allemands qui dévalisent le petit déjeuner et emportent tout dans leur sac pour le manger plus tard... C'est un vrai manque de savoir vivre. Là supérette est pratique pour le dépannage, et le bar est accueillant. "

"Tres bien pour nous ! Pour la periode choisie et l’option demie pension, le rapport qualité prix est bien respecté, le restaurant, le personnel, la propreté, les services, les spectacles et animations ! Tout était tres bien !,, après, on partait profité du soleil, visiter l’île,,on ne restait pas affalés sur les transat à boire des bières et ruminer , Des mécontents de tout et n’importe quoi il y en aura toujours, mais pour nous, sincèrement les 10 nuits passées dans cet hôtel étaient super bien !!! ¡ Muchas gracias ! Viva España ! "

"Il y a un réel problème dans la qualité de service au niveau de la restauration. Les tables sont souvent sales et quasiment jamais débarrassées lorsque vous mangez, que ce soit au restaurant principal ou à la piscine. L'amabilité du personnel au bar est également très disparate et aléatoire: nous sommes tombés sur des personnes extrêmement sympathiques qui ont du métier mais aussi sur des personnes à la limite du désagréable. Enfin et dernier point: on nous a fait remarquer (et ce pour la première fois) qu'ayons réservé via Expedia, nous n'avions pas droit aux mêmes services que les autres hôtes. Pas très commerçant ni agréable à entendre surtout lorsque l'on réserve 2 semaines. Bref, nous avons passé un bon séjour mais nous ne reviendrons pas dans cet hôtel qui ne coche pas toutes les cases pour nous. "

"Super emplacement, accès direct à une très belle plage, plusieurs piscine mais pas très chaudes (même celle chauffée). Nous étions dans une suite deluxe à l’étage la vue sur l’océan et la plage était magnifique. Petit bémol sur la litrie et surtout les oreillers inconfortables. Le ménage pourrait-être améliorer afin d’être à la hauteur du lieu. "
