This 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom, accommodating 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with satellite and cable channels, and streaming services. You will also find a washing machine and a fan.  
  
The house features a private outdoor area with an open terrace offering wonderful sea views and a balcony. You also have access to a shared outdoor area with the rest of the complex, including a fenced pool, a garden, an outdoor shower and a tennis court.
