OUTSIDE: There is no better way to enjoy the Phoenix sunny weather than to experience it in YOUR OWN PRIVATE RESORT, just a SHORT WALK to Fashion Square Mall's restaurants, shops and entertainment. This home's 6 foot surrounding bushes and walls provide PRIVACY to a stunning, gated POOL (extra fee per night for heat), GRASSY AREAS around the house and a vine canopy travertine entryway. With an outdoor dining table with 6 chairs, 4 pool lounge recliners, and extra chairs, you might never spend any time in the house!

INSIDE: Open the large double doors, you will be stunned by the LUXURIOUS interior: all onto ONE LEVEL, open floor plan, with a warm and homey feel, FREE WIFI, a corner desk that looks onto the pool, and a FULL KITCHEN. A inside shuffle board under an electric fireplace separates two living spaces. Both sofas have comfy pillows, lounge extensions and throws to snuggle with. The massive wood dining room table and a glass round table for card games or a cup of tea, complete the options for the whole family to relax, game and enjoy eachother's company.

The DESK area is strategically placed to view the pool area and is shaded by the vine canopy; excellent, FREE WIFI will allow the whole family to work remotely or attend school, if you can concentrate with that view!

The large Master has King bed with 2 comfortable armchairs for reading a book or putting on socks and a walk in closet. A Smart TV faces the bed and there is access to a quiet side deck for sunbathing. The Master bath has double glass sinks and a large, tiled shower. The other 2 bedrooms have a Queen beds and share a large bathroom in the middle of the house with a shower/tub. The front bedroom has a Smart TV as well and access through a side door to seating under the vine canopy entryway.

Most importantly, this house has an EXCEPTIONAL FEEL to it through and through: from the outdoor pool, to the vined canopy entryway shading the open, bright and cozy interior, you will take a deep breath and know that you have arrived at the perfect vacation resort!

ACTIVITIES: Open the side double doors for a cross breeze and access to the propane BBQ area. There is a large, real grassy area (very unusual in Phoenix!) under the grapefruit tree (help yourselves) where outside games of badminton, bocce, bean toss can be played. The outside a dining room table offers yet another opportunity to enjoy the wonderful sunshine and comfortable nightly temperatures while dining under the stars. Any time of the day is a good time for a pool volley ball game? If you want to hang inside, shuffle board and board games will keep you occupied or challenge a family member to a ping-pong game in the garage. There is so much to do at this resort home!

Retreat to Scottsdale

Our family enjoyed the spending time hanging out and cooking at house and lots of swimming in the heated. The location is ideal to visit the mall, walk to the canal, and over into Old Town.

Beautiful home close to everything!

This is the perfect place to be close to all the restaurants and shopping of Old Town. The pool and outdoor space was like a sanctuary in the heart of the city. House has all you need and more. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location

Perfect location if you’re in town for golf and walkable restaurants. The house itself is very comfortable, a great place to wind down after golf and eating. This is the rental property we will use going forward for our Scottsdale getaways!

Fantastic!

We were 3 couples here for a week and everything was just wonderful! Pool was the perfect temperature, house very comfortable and a great location. We walked into old town Scottsdale, went on great hikes, ate at yummy restaurants, had a great time overall. We would do it again! This would also be a great place to bring kids/grandkids!

Relaxing resort feel

We loved this place. It had everything you need plus more for a fun family stay. It was close to everything, so the location was perfect. Our two miniature dachshunds loved the yard. If you have really small dogs they might be able to squeeze through the fence on one side of the yard. We had no problems with our doxies. I highly recommend this home and would absolutely stay here again.

FANTASTIC place!

This place was all it said it would be and more! Felt like a home away from home. We will be back. Walk to Old Town shops and restaurants or relax by the pool. You won't be disappointed. Host was easy to work with and is good at communication and answering all questions!

Beautiful vacation homes with all the amenities!

My husband and I rented this home for a long weekend while we were in town for our wedding. This house had everything! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor spaces as well as the fully stocked kitchen. The location was perfect- I was able to walk to Old Town to grab coffee and breakfast in the mornings. We will definitely rent again if we are back in the Scottsdale area!

Desert Oasis

Just the kind of break we needed from the frigid temperatures up North. This property has such a great relaxing atmosphere and felt more like a resort outside. Stacey was excellent at getting back to us and accommodated our ever need. She was especially helpful when our flight was cancelled so that we could have one more night of wellness at this place. Round the world ping pong was a highlight! This place couldn’t not be more convenient to Old Town and the hikes at Camelback. Maybe we will make a yearly trip!

Nice place and outdoor area, but bathrooms pretty bad. Sinks and tubs no drains, shower splashes out of surround, etc. Overal enjoyed the stay, just dreaded taking a shower here.

Great house, great location.

Our family stayed here for 5 weeks. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this wonderful property. The location is perfect for great places to walk to for anything your heart desires. The house was awesome for relaxing and enjoying visits from family/friends. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for a short or long term rental. Plenty of amenities. Most of all Stacey/Rocco were awesome to work with. The communication was very personal and prompt. We will definitely return to this property. Thank you!

Great location

Perfect location in the heart of Scottsdale. House was very suitable for a family of 4 plus the Grandparents that came to visit for Thanksgiving dinner. The outdoor space is lovely. It'd be even better with a pool heater, but the surroundings were enjoyable without a dip in the pool. Lots of activities in the house - ping pong, games, shuffleboards, etc. Kept everyone entertained and engaged. There were a few things to be improved in terms of upkeep/updating, but nothing that really impacted our stay.

Great stay

We stayed here to attend a wedding in Scottsdale and other wedding events in Paradise Valley. The location was perfect and close to restaurants and stores. The place is very clean and spacious for my family and had everything we needed.

Great Pool

Great property and pool. We had to clean the pool a little and put the pool vacuum in when we arrived but other than that it was great. It is off a fairly major street so the traffic can get a little noisy but we just turned some music on and still had a good time.

Wonderful stay, close to Fashion Square Mall

The property was very clean and included everything we needed for a smooth stay. It was a great, safe place to bring small kids and included many games and toys to keep them busy. The pool area was wonderful but the unheated pool was a little too cool for us. Close walk to Fashion Square Mall area. Very responsive management!
