House with pool and large backyard

House with private pebble tech pool and waterfall. (NOT HEATED !) Pool area is gated. Backyard with mature trees and a lawn area. One RV parking spot. 2.5 car garage and additional carport.
House was built in the late 60s when Apache Junction was still a small village and the only way how to
get there was a dirt road. It was remodeled a few years ago. It has approximately 2100 sf.

The Worst Stay We Ever Had!!
These are the absolute worst hosts imaginable. They place was dirty, smelled like smoke and triggered my wife's allergies because of the stale smoke smell and Animal Dander. The host allows pets and does not properly clean. We called the host over a dozen times over 3 days and they NEVER RETURNED OUR CALLS. They had the nerve to send us the following message when the place smells so bad like smoke: "Sorry, we checked the house and there is no cigarette smell. We are under the Impression that you’re making this up in order to get a refund despite our strict cancellation policy. Obviously the rest of your party wasn’t able to travel and you didn’t want to stay by yourself in a 3 bedroom house."

Perfect for what I needed
We stayed there for 2 months, until we found and purchased are house and everything was great! The pool is wonderful! The house is very large and the beds were very comfortable. Steven was great to work with. He responded very quickly and took care of any problems. He also allowed us to have are dogs. Thank you for everything Steven.

Just what I was looking for, a family home to stay while visiting my parents. Close to everything! Gateway airport is less than 30” away, Walmart is 5” away, hiking is 15-20” away. It was too cold to swim while we were there, but pool looked nice.

The property is nice and in a quiet neighborhood. There is a ton of room in the house to spread out. The pool looked nice, but we did not use it. This is in a good location in AJ and easy to get to off main roads.
