Boys Golf Trip

This place was a gem!! Very well remodeled and appointed with everything you could want. If you are looking for a rental in this area, I would highly recommend this house.

Premier Living and First Class

First Class in every way!!! This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway or vacation. Everything from design to amenities was perfect. Bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. Love the design of the Master bedroom, especially, the shower. Backyard is perfect to kickback and enjoy quiet time.

Beautiful Home

Lovely home with all kitchen essentials. The only negative is the TV is not hooked up to cable so we weren’t able to watch local news and weather.

Great location for Spring Baseball!

My husband and two adult children stayed here when we came to watch some Spring Training baseball. We were 8 minutes from one field and about 15 minutes to another field. We had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a BBQ dinner. The house is beautifully decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed playing Scrabble that was there, watching shows on the smart TV (no cable), and playing piano on the grand piano. We also enjoyed walks around the neighborhood. Definitely highly recommend!

We Really like this Place, We spent most of our time out doing things that we wanted to do. It Doesn't have Basic Cable for Local News and such, But It has netflix , prime hulu and disney for people with subcription so there's plenty of movies to settle in and watch. The back yard is very Cozy with propane firepit Table to eat, and a big table for a relaxing dinner outside. Kitchen is well stocked and cabinets looked great with the under lighting You can't turn it off at night so you have to get used to it. Its modern looks are great and new. The beds you have to get used to the low frames, The Bathrooms also look good , but the showers have no water pressure. Overall The Place is very accommodating as is the Owner Sam Thank you Samuel. We Will look for your Place next time we go to phoenix
