Pachena Point Lighthouse Tours and Activities

Great location. Very helpful staff (wish there was an opportunity to have early check in) but overall our stay was 10/10 - the bar downstairs was super fun, great for people watching and they have a great happy hour. Definitely would recommend staying here

The resort surrounding is amazing and peaceful. It is truly a relaxing stay for the family.

Firstly, the Days Inn at Uptown Victoria is a motel not hotel as listed. Our rooms were accessed from the outside which made feeling secure a little less. The rooms are dated, with the toilet being small and lower to the ground and the tub very small. The sink was outside of the bathroom and located beside the bed. The bedding was clean but the beds are situated on a metal skirting that made a tin can popping sound every time you moved and the A/C was right beside the one bed making it hard to sleep in because of the air flowing over. There was no way to divert the air so we ended up using only one bed. If you turn off the A/C it got very stuffy. The TV is cable only with one movie channel. This was all easily tolerated but the floors were very dirty, not understanding why our socks were so black. I thought it was from our shoes but it was all around, not just where we walked.
