The balcony is 30 feet of comfortable space for relaxing and enjoying the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a King size bed in the master bedroom which faces the beach, there is a TV/ DVD player in this room also. The large guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds. There is a couch and a recliner in the living room - YES SLEEPER SOFA although there are 2 twin cots in the unit available for use. Living room has a flat screen TV with DVD player and streaming capabilities (High Speed Internet access is provided). The large kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils and appliances. I graduated and passed my state board in June. I knew I wanted to get back to the Gulf before starting work. The Surf Dweller was in a fabulous location, easy to get to, easy access and had tons of space for our stay. We were there for seven days. The condominium was clean had ample amenities and a beautiful view. I would recommend this location to friends and family. I look forward to returning to Fort Walton Beach soon. ##### Elaine Y. My only complaint is that there was no way to lock the door from the inside. The pictures showed a hotel type lock on the inside however there was none. Anyone with the code could have come in so we put a chair in front of the door. Also the sliding glass doors did not lock.
