"Staff was wonderful, friendly upon check in. Great idea offering a bagel on the go for anyone who could not make breakfast. Beds were comfortable but the pillows were too soft in our our opinion. The ottoman in our room was broken, three of the casters were tucked in a corner so it couldn't roll. I notified the front desk the first day we checked in. It was never replaced or fixed. We would not have used it but the next guest might."
