"Loved this hotel even though we only had 1 night. Nice room, free waterholes and refill station. Amazing view. Breakfast was lovely and they started early as we were leaving on a tour. Ate at the restaurant fir dinner and the food was great. Only thing we had problems with was the room and restaurant needed a fan as it was unusually hit and the giant glass windows had soaked up a the sun and we couldn't get it cool."

The lodge has a warm, cozy atmosphere and was a perfect place to relax after our days exploring Puerto Natales. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was close enough to town while still feeling peaceful and scenic. We especially loved waking up to the views and coming back to the lodge at the end of the day. It was a great choice for our stay in Puerto Natales, and we would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
