THE LOCATION Step out the front door of the building to discover a wealth of fresh French delicacies in a delightful neighborhood setting. Shop alongside Parisians or sit back at a café along rue Cler for the best people watching morning, noon or night. You'll also find a host of other top Paris attractions, including the Rodin Museum, the Champ de Mars, the Seine River and the stunning Eiffel Tower, just a short stroll away. Enjoy daily walks to local shops, boutiques and historic sites and then return to your welcoming studio apartment for a relaxing evening in your home-away-from-home. Things To Note: Max occupancy includes all members of your travel party, including children under the age of 2. This property is suitable for 2 adults and a child. It is a tight fit for 3 adults due to limited space. Mobile A/C unit in the living room that vents through a special hole in the window. There is an elevator to the property. The property is not handicap accessible. No smoking, no pets, no parties, non-working fireplace. Office hours: 9am to 5pm, 7 days a week Holiday hours: Close at 3pm on Dec. 24 and 31, closed all day Dec. 25 and Jan. 1. Standard check-in time: 3:30pm to 7pm. Checkout time: 10am. Arrivals after 7pm must be arranged in advance and are subject to a €75 late arrival fee, payable directly to the Greeter at the time you arrive.
