The only complaint I have is there was no amenities. A few kitchen items. But no little garbage in the shower bathroom, very limited decor so it was a very plain. No information about things to do in the area or places to eat. Especially for people that are staying from out of the country, stuff like this would be super helpful. Little touches go a long way and would help for new people to the town. Maybe some games or things for families to do. We do appreciate the WiFi though!! Lots of communication, driven by chat bots, but you get a proper response within a reasonable time. Regarding early check-in and / or luggage drop off, despite their best efforts, it's not going to happen. Everything is managed remotely and the lock is timed to not function before 3pm. Luggage Hero is also a bit hit and miss. The one we booked was closed at short notice and not available. My advice is to not turn up before check in time.
