Tastefully decorated 40m2 cocoon on ground floor overlooking courtyard.

Welcome to Paris!  
  
We hope you enjoy our 40m2 apartment for 4 people.  
  
You'll enter a first space composed of :  
  
\- A spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed (140x200) and a dining table for 4\.   
  
\- A kitchen equipped with electric hob, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and everything else you'll need to prepare a delicious meal.  
  
\- Separate toilet  
  
A sleeping area with  
  
\- Relaxation area with TV and armchairs  
  
\- A sleeping area accessible by 2 high steps to reach the bed.  
  
There's also a bathroom with shower and a washing-machine area in a cupboard under the bed.  
  
PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A STEP TO ACCESS THE BATHROOM AND 2 HIGH STEPS TO ACCESS THE BED.  
  
Beds are made up with hotel-quality sheets for your comfort.  
  
We will provide wifi codes free of charge.
