Discover our brand new studio nestled in the heart of the 8th arrondissement of Paris, just a stone's throw away from the famous Madeleine!



The Space:

Enjoy a peaceful stay in this completely renovated studio on the 6th floor with elevator, ideally located between Place de la Madeleine and the Champs-Élysées! Perfectly furnished, it can accommodate two people.



The studio includes:

• A living space: has a Queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) with new and extremely comfortable bedding, a Smart TV, unlimited Wi-Fi access and storage space.

• A bathroom: includes a modern shower and toilet, as well as a hairdryer, soap, washer-dryer and shampoo.

Sheets, blankets, pillows and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.

• A fully equipped open kitchen: microwave, oven, hotplates, kettle, Nespresso machine, kitchen utensils, pots and pans…

• A dining area: a space is provided to enjoy your meals comfortably.

The studio also has a drying rack, iron and ironing board.



Guest Access:

You will have access to the entire apartment, ensuring a completely independent and comfortable stay.

You will be staying in a prestigious and central area of ​​the 8th arrondissement, close to Place de la Madeleine and the Champs-Élysées, ideal for discovering Paris on foot between elegant boutiques, historic cafés and emblematic monuments. A few minutes' walk away, you can enjoy a coffee or hot chocolate at Café Pouchkine or Ladurée Madeleine, and have lunch or dinner at renowned addresses like Le Baudelaire or Restaurant Ledoyen, perfect for an unforgettable Parisian gastronomic experience. Charles de Gaulle Airport (CDG)

Take the RER B towards Robinson/St-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse and get off at Gare du Nord. Transfer to metro line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and get off at Strasbourg-Saint-Denis station. Then change to line 8 towards Créteil-Pointe du Lac and get off at Madeleine station.



Orly Airport (ORY)

Take the Orlyval tramway to Antony, then take the RER B towards Roissy and get off at Gare du Nord. Take metro line 4 towards Mairie de Montrouge and get off at Strasbourg-Saint-Denis station. Then change to line 8 towards Créteil-Pointe du Lac and get off at Madeleine station.

Professional cleaning services will be provided upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is spotless for your enjoyment.

If you require a fan, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance. We will be happy to provide one, subject to availability.



Family Services

If you require a baby cot and high chair, please inform us in advance (with a 72-hour notice) and subject to availability, we will be happy to provide them.

Please note, however, that we do not provide baby linen.



Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 2:00 PM. until 9:00 PM. Subject to availability, we can welcome you from 9:00 PM to midnight and a supplement of 20€ will be asked. After midnight, the check in can only be possible the next day from 9:30 AM.

Check-out time is 10:00 AM at the latest. For early arrivals or late departures, availability will be confirmed 24 hours prior, with any applicable fees clearly communicated.

A concierge service will send you the details of an agent who will give you the keys to my apartment. He will answer your questions about the apartment and how it works, as well as about the neighborhood.



Deposit Requirement

A deposit of €150 is essential for accessing the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days post-departure, provided no damages are noted.



Additional fees

Key Management policy

Additional Key: This service is reserved only for stays of 15 days or more.

Do not leave the keys on the door or inside the apartment at any time.

Forgotten keys inside (requiring door opening): €80 fee.

Lost keys: €80 fee + cost of key replacement.

Keys not returned after check-out: Charged either the cost of key reproduction or, if necessary, the full cost of lock replacement — ranging from €100 to €2500, depending on the lock type.

Unauthorized Late Check-out: €90.

Cigarette Smell Detected After Your Stay: €450.



Responsibilities and Guidelines

Do not leave keys in the door or inside.

Respect the tranquility of neighbors. Loud noises may result in deductions from the deposit.

Please be aware of construction work inside the building, for which we cannot assume responsibility.



Internet Access

Please refrain from unauthorized online activities. We are not responsible for connection malfunctions.



Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 21 years old. Individuals under 21 years old will only be allowed to enter in the presence of an adult of the required age, otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay in the property and no refund request will be accepted if this rule is not adhered to.
