Toutes les principales attractions touristiques sont accessibles à pieds (Tour Eiffel, Champs Elysées, Grand Palais, Louvre, St Germain, Ile de la Cité, etc.). L'appartement est entièrement refait à neuf par un architecte, très élégant et hyper fonctionnel. Commerces, restaurants et métro à proximité immédiate. L'espace: L'appartement se compose d'un beau salon avec une grande cuisine ouverte et entièrement équipée, une chambre séparée avec un lit en hauteur et un matelas premium particulièrement confortable et une grande salle de douche avec WC. Chauffage au sol très agréable. Draps, serviettes et échantillons de shampoing et savons sont fournis. L'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée et donne sur une cour intérieure calme. Accès invité: L'appartement est entièrement indépendant mais il jouxte un autre appartement également en location. Les deux locaux peuvent être regroupés si vous êtes plus nombreux ou souhaitez plus d'espace. Le quartier: C'est l'un des quartiers les plus prestigieux de Paris. Vous y trouverez de nombreux Musées, monuments au style architectural très authentique et homogène typique de Paris. Vous serez à proximité de l'Assemblée Nationale et de Matignon mais également tout près du Musée d'Orsay (Musée des Impressionnistes), de Rodin (beau jardin avec des sculptures réalisées par Rodin dont le célèbre "Penseur"), Invalides (Musée de l'Armée et Tombeau de Napoléon), etc. L'appartement est en plein milieu entre la Tour Eiffel (presque visible depuis la rue), St Germain et le Louvres. Juste à l'extérieur de l'appartement, vous trouverez une excellente boulangerie, des restaurants et une épicerie. Se déplacer: Trois stations de métro à proximité (Assemblée Nationale, Varennes et Invalides) donc il est assez facile de se déplacer dans Paris à partir de là ! I visit Paris fairly often to see family, and this is one of the nicest places I’ve ever rented. Very spacious, very quiet and safe, and lots of little touches that made my stay great.Loved the floor heaters in each room and the towel warmer in the bathroom. And there was so much counter space in the bathroom -- very easy to arrange my things. There was ample space to store clothing, the kitchen was well stocked with everything I needed for simple breakfasts and the occasional apéro dînatoire. The attention to detail was so nice, especially in a small space. The coat rack by the entrance made it easy to keep things tidy, and it was such a treat to have a combo washer/dryer.Check in and check out were super easy and the apartment was quite convenient to everywhere I wanted to go. The bakery around the corner (Boulangerie du Musée) is quite good. I got my daily baguette there and also really liked their cannelés.I'll definitely be back! ##### Anne Wolfe P. The Musee Rodin and Les Invalides were practically right next door, and the Eiffel Tower is a short walk away. The Louvre and Musee D'Orsay are also within walking distance. Everything was very comfortable. Communication with the manager was quick and easy. We stayed here at the end of a two-week trip, so we made good use of the washing machine! We did not do any cooking, because Paris, but the kitchen looked well stocked. There is a nice cafe right across the street, as well as a pharmacy and a small market. The one tiny thing worth mentioning is that the bed, though quite comfortable, is raised about four feet. Though there is a small staircase for it, it could be awkward for anyone with mobility issues. It did not bother us and we would definitely stay here again, but something to be aware of. I've attached a photo for reference. Like most things in Paris you need to get used to small. It would have been nice if there had been a clothes dryer given there was no place outside to hang clothes and very little space inside the flat. Also would have been nice to have a dish washer but given breakfast was the only meal it was not much trouble washing the dishes.Our only complaint was the bed. As it says in the description the bed is elevated. The bed was much like a bunkbed with one way in and one way out. For older people this might present a problem. There is a pull out couch bed if you find it hard to negotiate the three steps up to climb into bed or your partner hates being awakened if you are on the inside and need to get up.The host was very responsive to every issue.
