You will be in the heart of Paris, closed to Arts & Métiers subway station and bus stations and you will be able to move quickly all around Paris. You will optimize your stay! Building and courtyard are accessible through a gate protected by a digit code number. All the double-glazed windows are built in safety unbreakable glass. Made for 2 persons with all the confort, a quiet place and easy to access! The fully equipped kitchen comes with a ceramic glass cooktop, an oven, an extractor fan, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a combo washer/dryer/steamer machine, a Nespresso pot and an italian pot, a kettle, a toaster and a foldaway table. We follow the instructions for the key box only to find there was no key left for us. After attempting to contact the property owner several times and searching everywhere in the vicinity for the key, we heard nothing back and eventually were forced to spend twice the price of our room for a last minute hotel around the corner. When they finally contacted us around noon the next day, they didn't even apologize or ask about our safety, merely gave us a code for a different key box. When we returned from our day out to the apartment, we finally got in a full day late, only to find a mildewy apartment and shower, rat poop under the sink, and cleaning supplies sitting out. We then discover the fire alarm is off the ceiling and had the batteries removed, which is even scarier considering one of two fans left for us almost caught fire from malfunctioning and getting so hot. If my boyfriend hadn't noticed and unplugged it, we very well may have had an incident. On top of all this, it was like pulling teeth to get any apology, money back or other compensation for our troubles and the night we had to spend in another hotel entirely. In the apartment itself there was also barely any walking room, and the motel style murphy bed only served to beat up my shins and ankles.
