HostnFly offers you this charming apartment of 28 m2 which has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Paris.   
Comfortably accommodating two people, it has a bedroom and several storage spaces.

This friendly and warm apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator, it includes:  
\- a bedroom with a double bed;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen;  
\- a functional shower room;  
\- a dining area with table and chairs;  
\- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking.  
  
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.  
  
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Nespresso Coffee Machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Iron, etc.   
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.  
  
The apartment is ideally located:  
\- Opposite the Square Montholon with games for children and paid parking (along the square);  
\- Close to the rue Cadet and its many shops of all kinds;  
\- Near the metro Cadet and another just further, Notre-Dame-de-Lorette for 2 different lines.  
  
For your daily errands, two small mini-markets are just a few minutes walk from the accommodation:  
\- one at 100 m on rue Bleue;  
\- the other 200 m on rue La Fayette.  
  
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:  
\- the Palais Garnier at 19 minutes walk;  
\- the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, 20 minutes away;  
\- the Musée du Louvre 14 minutes by metro;  
\- the Sainte-Chapelle at 21 minutes, and many more.

\## Emplacement  
The 9th arrondissement of Paris is a rather pleasant area to visit and to live. Shopping and leisure district, if it is a little less frequented than the Halles, thanks to a more mature and diversified population. Stylish shops but with affordable prices, restaurants and theaters everywhere, its neighborhoods nevertheless stand out from each other.  
The south of the neighbourhood is dynamic and lively, and is the territory of the Grands-Boulevards and the Opéra Garnier. The 9th arrondissement also hosts beautiful architecture, courtyards and hidden streets. The north takes you to Montmartre through the famous Pigalle.
