"My mother-in-law died, I called the hotel to see if I could get a credit because this was something out of my control. They would not give me a credit for death with proof. So not good. People don't have no consideration when it comes to money. I was not able to check in."

Only issue I had was the deadbolt for the door didn't work which for some is probably a big deal. The cafe also looks like it hasn't been opened in a long time which would have been convenient "

"The dayshift shuttle service was excellent. He was courteous and professional and got me to the airport quickly. The night shift shuttle driver was a little scary, loud and less professional. I arrived late at night due to delays an a detour of my flight so I looking for a little kindness. The hotel was nice clean and the staff was friendly. Overall I enjoyed experience. "
