"I’ve stayed here a bunch of times over the last 4yrs, so Ive watched this property transform with all the repairs. I was a little disappointed when I noticed the shower wasn’t completely cleaned because the clear top to someone’s razor that was left in there. That meant nobody cleaned that area. None of the ice machines were working so I had to go to the bar to get ice. A couple piece of ice had frozen black particles inside a few pieces. And I had a really bad issue with ladybugs all night and morning. They kept popping up on my bed sheets, the cup I was drinking out of, and that ice bucket. This is my first time experiencing that at this property."

"I loved this property. The parking was perfect, It was safe, with good lighting, and just steps away! The furnishing was new and the room was immaculately cleaned."

"The room was clean. The elevators took forever to come up we had to take the stairs instead. At the end the valet services lost something to find my car the lady did not explain what was going on. She was not a pleasant person seemed as if she had an attitude. "

"Staff was lazy at the front desk trash outside over flowing oh the bartender was so rude there was a diaper on the second floor in the trash it had the whole floor smelling bad it’s just not the same there anymore "
