« Excellent check-in. 2nd floor hallway smelled like dirty diapers. TV did not work as someone cut the cable on the back of the device. Manager said she would credit our bill. Did not happen and when I questioned the front desk at checkout the response was “I’m sorry, but because you booked through Expedia, there is nothing we can do”. Srsly? Is this the agreement between Expedia and the hotels they represent? Is that information in Expedia’s fine print? »

Blanchisserie, munissez-vous de monnaie car pas de cash à l'accueil et un mode de paiement par application qui n'a pas marché avec notre carte bleue européenne. Salle de sport les tapis de course sont derniers cris mais il faut un abonnement. Le petit déjeuner c'est le strict minimum. Il faut réclamer pour un réapprovisionnement normal des contenus manquants. Le frigo contenant les yaourts était vide après réclamation l'agent de service en a...

« This location of Rodeway Inn is one of the best locations. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. There is plenty of parking available. There are plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby. I would highly recommend staying at this location. »

« I got charged for a $100 smoking fee after I quit my room. I am not a smoker plus I was alone in my room so it cannot be a bad joke... I sent my complaint through Holiday Inn which never responded by email so contacted the hotel directly. Hotel tenant Mary confirmed the fee, she was not willing to believe myself. Her answer was: I can give you a receipt for your company if you wish... great, thanks. Never again. »

« My cousin and I stayed at this fabulous establishment for 2 nights. She remarked many times that EVERYONE associated with the hotel was extremely kind. She was right! All the front desk folks...valet folks...EVERYONE was Lovely We're on first name basis with Jonathan, Knyia,Creanna, Evita, Ellisha,Mr Charles and Ken.John and Sunshine...also Ray ,Moe andCarmen in Mrs P's. Can't say enough about this hotel and restaurant. We have recommended it to our friend who was performing at City Winery....

« Everything was great! Checking in was backed up a bit and would’ve appreciated a tap to pay option for credit card. Staff were wayyy more helpful to other guests than us…but overall great stay. »

« Breakfast was terrible, which is a shocker for an embassy suites- I think too many guests and not enough staff. Also- they should not put out to go containers, SO many guests were filling up 4-5 containers at a time! Not going up to rooms, but sitting down with it all- the staff couldn’t keep up- so that they put out quite undercooked eggs- literally floating in raw egg. Front desk staff was inattentive- they acted as if we were bothering them to check in- never told us about parking- it wasn’t...

« Très bon choix sécuritaire à quelques minutes à pied du métro (MARTA) . Mes amis m’on félicité du choix de l’hôtel pour notre fin de semaine de football. Nous avons vue un match NCAA et un match NFL avec cet hôtel comme port d’attache. »
