"The property was clean and all amenities operational. Room was clean, staff was amazing, Tatiana at the front desk was very courteous, helpful and willing to do everything to satisfy us as customers. "

"Rooms were clean, breakfast was decent, breakfast staff was great but those working check-in hated life & you could tell. Overall an ok stay. Only had one working elevator so waits were 5+ minutes to board one."

"Check in was quick, asked for a second key since we’re family of 5 but receptionist said 1 is the limit. Hallway to room was smell full of air fresheners, suffocating. Room was not vacuumed, trash from previous stay was still there, no bath mats. Overall, this property could use a major upgrade and staff could be better."

"The room and sheets do not feel clean. I’ve contacted scabies after staying at this hotel. Initially I thought it was an allergic reaction to some food or maybe bed bugs, but I visited the doctor and was diagnosed with scabies. Definitely will not return. "

"Everything was great except for the maple sausages at breakfast lol. Plus i didn't know what had gluten ir not in it. The only other thing was no plain black tea. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It was a lovely stay. "

"The house was pristine and the beds were very comfortable. The shower, which needs instructions that are offered, is wonderful. A plumbing problem was immediately repaired and cleaned up while I was out. This would not matter to almost everyone, but the living room furniture isn’t cozy and I spent my time in bed while I was there. There’s a grocery nearby and there are two parks along the river that are beautiful less than 5 minutes away from the house. For shoppers, there is a great, upscale shopping and restaurant area about 10 minutes away. The house is part of a large subdivision and I had a bit of a problem with my GPS at first. "

"This place was incredibly dirty! The doors are disgusting, with stains and they don’t even work properly. The floor is filthy. The bathroom is awful and seems as though the water is making it rot, it was an extremely uncomfortable bathing experience. The couch was so bad, filled with stains and hidden dirt. The beds appear clean but are actually really dirty and gave me acne! The hall ways are terrible, the smell is so bad. Tobacco stench everywhere. The toilet clogged over nothing. I wouldn’t wish this place on anyone, no matter what they did to me!!!"
