"Toast was very slightly toasted. Unfortunately, our breakfast was interrupted with a fire alarm. We were only about 70% complete when everyone was scurried out of the dining room. The meal should have been comped, however the server later tracked us down in the lobby for payment. The dining room Manager did a spectacular job in setting up an Anniversary display for us at 3 p.m. Overall, we had a great two-day stay. Thanks again! The Mosers "

"The location is FABULOUS!! the bed is very comfortable and we loved having two bathrooms. My only complaints are: I wish there was a smart tv in the bedroom, and if there’s an issue (the bathroom light seems to have an electrical loose wire issue) there’s a delay vs VRBO places I’ve stayed that are privately owned. Also, this unit is the third floor which makes for some good exercise! Parking is confusing but figured it out. "

"I prepaid for a room. Room wasn’t ready at check-in. We were told the lot was full and we had to figure something else out. Have a parking spot during a busy concert weekend is one of the reasons we picked to stay there. After the concert, waited 1.5 hours to get out of the garage we finally found a spot in. Went back to the hotel and was told they don’t have a room for us (supposedly because of a pipe issue, but more likely they overbooked). They offered us a room at another hotel that was 35 minutes away. At that point, we decided to just drive home (2.5 hours away). If this is the kind of customer service $415 a night buys, I think I’ll pass. I won’t be staying at a Graduate again. "

"It was very comfortable and pleasant. Our fur baby was with us and he seemed to have a comfortable and restful stay, as well. In the morning, we enjoyed walking around the area near the hotel. Breakfast area was clean, and the food was well-prepared. "

"The space was sparkling clean and just the perfect location for a girls weekend. Could not be closer to shops and restaurants. It’s a little busy at night, so bring earplugs for a perfect night’s sleep."
