« I would give a 5 if it wasn’t for the carpet in the room Don’t understand why still in 2025 they do room with carpet, as it is so disgusting since they cannot be washed between clients. What kind of thing is accumulated down there ! But for the rest, the rooms and everything is very well kept and clean The breakfast are decent Easy parking, and good choices of restaurants near by Not to far from the highway »

« Second time there, for a week each time. Excellent hotel: perfect location between the downtown mall and the Main Street of CV. Free car park, good breakfast. Super clean rooms in excellent condition. Low noise from the street. »

« There was not a bartender. However; the front desk was very helpful. »

« Location is excellent - rooms and bathrooms are a bit tired and can use some updating . »

« Très très bien »

« Good hotel. Correct location. As expected. »

« Honestly a middle of the road experience and hat is due to the amount of ownership turnover...i believe that 4 owners within 6 years, which explains why the hotel feels somewhat half baked with no true identity. Lobby is beautiful and grand but falls flat with guest engagement. No hotel phones in room and was missing a TV control (apparently they get stolen on a regular basis by guests). Water pressure in shower is pretty weak and no regular maid service/turn down service without request....

« The breakfast area seemed understaffed during our stay, which affected the overall experience. Having more staff available during breakfast would help improve service. »

« First rate accommodations with the infinity pool a special blessing in the July heat. Marigold was great, as always. »
